GET ACTIVE WITH A FITNESS CLASSES INSTRUCTOR
You will find a wide range of fitness classes with our fitness instructor from sit or stand fitness exercises which will get your heart pumping to Mind and Body classes to help you relax.
Staying motivated can always be a challenge, but with a wide variety of group fitness classes available, you'll find the perfect way to keep active and have fun.
The exercises are designed to combine lower to high intensity with simpler movements to help build confidence and the foundations to get moving.
We normally last for 45 mins to an hour.
regular workouts and fitness classes
Whatever you are looking to achieve, we have classes for the whole community, including senior and beginner exercise classes for people who may be less confident in the gym.

• Free Teas, coffees, biscuits, cakes, scones
Our café is a great place to meet or spend time with friends and people in the community. We have delicious food, great atmosphere, and helpful staff. (I can send you photos for this session)
• Board games
Playing board games is a fantastic way for the elderly to stay socially engaged, mentally sharp, and physically active. Playing board games with others provides added socialization benefits.
The club provides games from classic favorites like Scrabble, Monopoly, Snakes and Ladders, ludo, and cards, there is something for everyone. There is always a sense of accomplishment and joy in our elderly that comes with winning or mastering a game.
• Quizzes and Mental Maths
Our quizzes and Mental maths provide the elderly the opportunity to use their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The quizzes give them a sense of accomplishment and enjoyment and sharpen their mental skills. We enjoy and look forward to doing the quiz every Wednesday. (I can send you photos for this session)
• Baking
Baking with someone is a great chance to chat and talk about, whether they are involved in the process or just watching, and getting the elderly to connect is important to their well-being. Our baking sessions include a variety of tasks that the elderly can help with, depending on their abilities. Shortbread biscuits, scones, and muffins are some of the recipes we make at the club.(I can send you photos for this session)
• Providing Free Lunch once a month
We provide free lunch monthly and serve healthy and nutritious meals that meet attendees dietary requirements.(I can send you photos for this session)
• Birthday celebrations
We celebrate the elderly’s birthday with cakes and drinks each month.
