You will find a wide range of fitness classes with our fitness instructor from sit or stand fitness exercises which will get your heart pumping to Mind and Body classes to help you relax.
Staying motivated can always be a challenge, but with a wide variety of group fitness classes available, you'll find the perfect way to keep active and have fun.
The exercises are designed to combine lower to high intensity with simpler movements to help build confidence and the foundations to get moving.
We normally last for 45 mins to an hour.
